   SC Cattle Auctions Weekly Review:  Compared to last week, feeder 
steers and feeder bulls were unevenly steady.  Feeder heifers were 
steady.  Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 140.00-166.00; 
500-600 lbs 130.00-145.00.  Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1-2 400-500 
lbs 120.00-169.00; 500-600 lbs 128.00-135.00.  Feeder Heifers: Medium and 
Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 117.00-135.00; 500-600 lbs 114.00-123.00.  Breakers 
75-80% lean 47.00-59.00; Boners 80-85% lean 49.00-69.00; Lean 85-90% lean 
47.00-65.00; Lean low dressing 30.00-46.00.  Slaughter bulls: Average 
Dressing 1320-2100 lbs 75.00-90.00; High Dressing 1735-1945 lbs 95.00-

   SC Grain on Friday.  Corn was 24 cents lower; elevator bids 5.00-5.38, 
processor bids 5.80-6.00.  Soybeans were 58 to 59 cents lower; elevator 
bids 12.71-12.91, processor bid 13.26, and export 13.46.  New Crop Wheat 
was 23 to 24 cents lower; elevator bids 5.74-5.94.
   Cotton on Friday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 1.01
lower at 81.57.
